About Ponce
Ponce, "the pearl of the south" and the "city of quenepas," is the second most populated city in Puerto Rico. It is located on the southern coast and is named after Juan Ponce de Leon y Loayza, the great-grandson of Juan Ponce de Leon. Although Ponce is reminiscent of Old San Juan with vibrant, European-style buildings, locals will proudly announce "ponce is ponce and the rest is just parking."
About the Tour
Downtown Ponce walking tour begins in Plaza Las Delicias. Parque de Bombas is located within the plaza. You will view Castillo Serralles and Cruceta del Vigia from the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Locations of historical events such as the Ponce massacre and Casa Alcalde are shown.
Museo Castillo Serralles: appreciate testimony of a time and the development of the important sugar industry and rum. Walk between hallways and furnished rooms as if the family still lived there.

Arrive 15–20 minutes before the scheduled start time; late arrivals may result in missed tour time or exclusion, as tours cannot be extended for late participants.
We offer a free pick-up service at various locations within Isla Verde, Condado, and Calle Loiza. Please leave the address of your hotel/accommodation during booking.

Cancellations
Customers are entitled to a 100% refund if they cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
The only exception is when We Take You LLC is unable to provide the service due to operational, weather-related, safety, or other circumstances beyond the customer's control. In such cases, customers will be entitled to a 100% refund or may choose to reschedule their reservation for another available date.
