Where do your tours depart from?

Most of our tours depart from Distrito T-Mobile, located at:

​

250 Convention Blvd, San Juan, PR 00907

​

Passengers are welcome to meet us at the departure location for their selected tour.

 

There is public parking available at Distrito T-Mobile, as well as free street parking on Calle Paseo Miraflores, subject to availability.

Do you offer hotel pick-up and drop-off?

Yes! We offer complimentary pick-up service from various locations within:

​

  • Isla Verde

  • Condado

  • Calle Loíza

​

Please provide the address of your hotel or accommodation during the booking process so we can arrange your pick-up.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my reservation?

We understand that plans can change, so you can book with confidence.

If you need to reschedule or miss your reservation, you may cancel or reschedule your booking.

​

If you need to cancel and receive a refund, you must cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time of your tour or excursion.

​

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including:

  • American Express

  • and other major credit cards.

We also accept PayPal as an alternative payment method for customers who wish to reserve their spot on one of our tours.

What tours and excursions do you offer?

We offer tours and excursions to exciting locations throughout Puerto Rico, including the world-famous El Yunque Rainforest, along with many other incredible destinations across the island.

Do you offer private tours or transportation services?

Yes. We offer private group tours and transportation services for groups of 10 or more guests.

  • A licensed, professional bilingual tour guide

  • A professional driver

  • A comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle

We can also customize a tour to anywhere on the island and create a personalized itinerary based on your group's interests.
